Step 1
What Inspires You?
Each design project begins with a complimentary consultation. In our initial meeting we will give you the opportunity to review our work but it will also give us the opportunity to learn about your event. We want you to tell us what inspires you and what you like; don’t be hesitant to bring in sheets from magazines, fabric swatches or sketches done by you. During the first consultation, we will also brainstorm ideas and determine what items will suit you for your design needs. Once this is decided, a price quote will be prepared for you based on your project requirements and emailed to you within 48 hours. |
Step 2
Beginning the Design Work
Once the project details have been agreed upon, you will be provided with a service contract that identifies the total cost and time schedule for your project. At this time you should also provide any wording, images, dates, locations, addresses and any other details. Design work with begin once we have received the signed contract and a deposit of 50% of your total order.
Step 3
Design Approval
GCS will present you with your design options via email. You will then have the opportunity to provide any feedback and changes that you want. GCS will incorporate your changes into a revised, final version. Once you approve this version, we will provide you with your final mock-up in person. At this time you will review and confirm that every detail is perfect: the layout, typestyle, spelling, grammar and punctuation. GCS is not responsible for any future changes or mistakes.
Step 4
Final Approval
Once you have given final approval the project will go to the printer for production. We promise that no project will go to print unless you are completely satisfied. |
